This site is meant to be a platform for showcasing my projects, and a place I can easily refer to. With that in mind, my aim has been to make the user experience as good as possible. I have kept the number of pages (and amounts of text) low, kept the use of JS to the bare minimum and used a static site generator for the content.

This website is hosted on a VPS in Europe running a Nginx server. The entire website is generated using the Hugo static site generator. The Hugo theme was initially based on Yourfolio, but has since been significantly rewritten to provide the design and portfolio features I was looking for.

The lightbox used for the galleries is SimpleLightbox, with a few peresonal additions to allow external links and inline video playback. My own fork of this can be found here.
